The ThermoShield Program Guarantee
If your heating and cooling costs exceed the guaranteed amount during any one year period during your first three years in the home, Thermo-Scan will reimburse you for the difference. In addition, a Thermo-Scan inspector will conduct an assessment to find out why the bills exceeded the guaranteed amount and make recommendations to prevent the bills from exceeding the guaranteed amount in the future. 


The Home Comfort Program Guarantee
The Home Comfort Program has a one year guarantee of your comfort but no guaranteed heating and cooling costs. That means that if you are uncomfortable in your home during the first year, a Thermo-Scan representative will come to your home to conduct an assessment and make recommendations.
